This month I am honored to announce that I will be showing some of my personal work (below) at the gallery Altura Los Angeles for Women’s History month along with 9 other female photographers. Curated by the amazing Nalani Hernandez-Melo

The opening was on March 11th, 2023 and it was such a special night. Friends, family, colleagues, and fellow art lovers came out to celebrate our work. During the exhibition, a video was playing of all of us photographers at work and it was just such a cool moment to see all of us women claiming space in a male-dominated industry and making our dreams come true. This is not an easy career. It’s filled with self-doubt, disrespect, and a struggle to explain to people your worth, but being in that space with all that support I felt very proud of myself and my fellow lady photogs.
